School leaders must make decisions in the best interest of the school, despite any criticism that may follow, elementary-school principal Amber Teamann writes in this blog post. Teamann writes about the concerns surrounding planning a particular school function, expecting that different groups will be upset about each potential decision she could make. "Being a leader isn't about being liked, it's about doing what we have to do," she writes.
