U.S. sees rise in organ donors

Donor designations in the U.S. have increased 10% over the past 18 months, according to a national report card from Donate Life America. And while 35% of licensed U.S. drivers and identification cardholders are registered as donors, DLA's Donor Designation Collaborative aims for an even higher increase -- specifically, the group would like to see 50% of licensed drivers in all states register as donors.
