Dish vows to take TiVo case to the U.S. Supreme Court

Dish Network said it will take its long-running legal feud with TiVo all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. That word came after a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington on Wednesday agreed with a lower court ruling that Dish's digital video recorders infringe on the "Time Warping" patent held by TiVo.
