New York Times tops 100,000 digital subscribers

The New York Times says its metered pay wall has won more than 100,000 subscribers after its first three weeks. The Times' stated goal for the first year of the wall is 300,000 subscribers and, to date, it appears to be working better than the paper's first attempt at getting readers to pay for digital access, TimesSelect.
