Sprint, Softbank are at odds with DISH over FCC deal review

Sprint Nextel and Softbank responded to DISH Network on Friday by asking the Federal Communications Commission to proceed with its review of their proposed merger, despite DISH's request for a delay. "The commission must not be distracted by Dish's latest maneuverings," Sprint said in its letter to the FCC, adding that proceeding would not interfere with DISH's own bid for the carrier.
