Leafy-green grower Tanimura & Antle has chosen HarvestMark, an insight and traceability platform by YottaMark, to improve the quality of greens brought to market. "HarvestMark gives us an important new tool to bring transparency to the fresh supply chain and spot and eliminate sources of lost quality and freshness," said Mike Antle, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Tanimura & Antle.
