Bloomberg's PlaNYC lists achievements and current goals

An update to New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg's PlaNYC reveals that the city will focus on improving air quality by eliminating the use of heavy heating oils -- Nos. 6 and 4 -- used in boiler rooms. It will also make $40 million in stimulus funds available for energy retrofits. The plan, instituted in 2007, has led to a 13% drop in the city's greenhouse gas emissions.
