Teachers must be savvy to catch high-tech cheating

More students are using the Internet, smartphones and other technology to cheat, say educators in a Wisconsin school district. However, teachers also are using technology to catch students who plagiarize essays by searching for exact phrasing online. Teachers say online tools are not always reliable and it is obvious if students use an online translation program for their homework.
