Abu Dhabi, UAE, rolls out new curriculum for some students

Officials in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, are planning major changes to the Grade 6 curriculum, including a greater focus on critical thinking and the inclusion of two additional science courses. The curriculum, expected to be launched in September, also calls for replacing one Arabic-language course with a social studies course taught in Arabic.
