Amazon upgrades online viewing, releases 14 pilots

Amazon's video-viewing system has an automated feature that notices when a customer has a bad experience and reaches out with a refund, CEO Jeff Bezos says in an annual letter to shareholders. Meanwhile, the company has released 14 original TV pilots, which were the most-watched shows on Amazon Instant Video during the weekend.
