Listeria risk prompts recall of fish products from Prime Food

Prime Food USA recalled its Latis brand Herring Fillets Forelka and Matiej, as well as its Salmon Fillet Slices, because of contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, the FDA said. The products tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes during a routine sampling conducted by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
