Poll: 39% of workers say they lack work-life balance

Companies may be trying to give workers more balance by offering perks such as flexible schedules, but the bottom line for many employees is, they simply have too much work to do in too little time, a new survey shows. More than 39% of workers worldwide say they lack balance between their jobs and their personal lives, and employees in Africa and the Middle East report the worst imbalance, while those in Central and North America report the best support from employers, the poll from management consulting firm Hay Group found.
