Air Force moves ahead to close C-27J cargo plan program

Even though Congress hasn't yet given a green light to plans to halt the C-27J program, the Air Force is moving ahead with closure. The offices of Sens. Carl Levin, D-Mich., and John McCain, R-Ariz., have asked the Pentagon why the Air Force is halting parts of the program ahead of budget approval.
