Judge: Workers fired for sick-leave protest should get jobs, back pay

Six employees of Jimmy John's in Minnesota who were fired after protesting the company's sick-leave policy must be given back their jobs and should receive back pay, a federal administrative law judge has ruled. The company says it disagrees with the decision and is considering how to proceed.
