Tennessee State Sen. Jon Lundberg raised eyebrows last week by tabling a resolution -- basically a legislature-sanctioned congratulatory note -- with the sole purpose of praising himself. "I think it's important for us as a state to say, 'Hey, great job on creating jobs and moving the ball forward,' " the Republican lawmaker said. Lundberg had previously tabled a resolution praising his own daughter for graduating from high school.
