AGC director to push for P3s in N.M.

The construction industry in New Mexico has lost jobs in the commercial sector for six years, but Mike Puelle, director of public policy and government relations at AGC, has a plan. He's going to push "more public-private partnerships in New Mexico as a critical economic development tool." He'll outline the plan at a luncheon in Albuquerque on April 24.
