Fusion Retail shops 2 Australian retail brands

The owners of Australia's Fusion Retail Brands have hired PwC to explore options for a sale, starting with finding potential buyers for the JAG and Diana Ferrari brands, the company said. JAG operates 28 stores and Diana Ferrari has 35 branded stores and is also sold in department stores including David Jones and Myer Holdings.
