Health insurance scammers prey on confused consumers

Health insurance scams are becoming more common, according to authorities, and seniors are frequently targeted. Experts say scammers typically use current events to their advantage, and Americans confused about the new health insurance landscape under the Affordable Care Act may be at particular risk. "Confusion is a crook’s best friend," says James Quiggle of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud.
