Indoor location-based advertising gets boost from sensewhere tech

New indoor positioning technology from sensewhere uses Wi-Fi signals and company sensors to deliver context-specific advertising to consumers, founder and Chief Technology Officer Tughrul Arslan said. The location intelligence platform can also be used for functions like combining data about a user's recent search behavior to offer an advertisement at the right location, he said.
