Kan. governor signs stem cell facility bill

Legislation to create the Midwest Stem Cell Therapy Center at the University of Kansas Medical Center was signed on Monday by Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback. The center will specialize in the use of adult stem cells and cord blood cells.
