Labeling is among "main issues" for snack companies

Beth Johnson, founder of government-relations firm Food Directions, says food labeling is "one of the primary, main issues" for snack companies. She says the FDA is nearly ready to announce voluntary gluten-free labeling, and labels related to menus and genetically modified organisms also are getting attention.
