Low-carb trend "not dead at all"

In a survey by the Natural Marketing Institute, about half of American adults said they consumed low-carb foods or drinks in the past year, indicating the trend is "not dead at all," said managing partner Steve French. "That's a move into consumers understanding more about the types of grains in terms of sustained energy and single versus complex carbs," he said.
