ModCloth's mobile-first strategy pays off with user engagement boost

ModCloth's shopping application promotes deeper engagement with fashion consumers with social-sharing features, favorite lists and a new streamlined checkout. The company says its mobile users spend twice as much as desktop customers. "ModCloth is now a mobile-first company, so we really think about what the most important features are for a given platform and build them that way," said Fontaine Foxworth, ModCloth associate product manager.
