N.J. contest seeks to boost school breakfast participation

A New Jersey advocacy group is leading the charge to increase participation in subsidized school breakfasts. The group recently announced a contest in which schools will compete to serve the most students breakfast after the beginning of the school day. Winning schools would receive a visit from a National Football League player and grants for foodservice equipment.
