Property association fights construction of pharmacy in neighborhood

A property association in Lewes, Del., is fighting its developer in court to stop the construction of a CVS pharmacy on land it says was supposed to go to the neighborhood's property owners. A 2.5-acre parcel of land that belonged to the library was intended for the Villages of Five Points Property Owners Association if it wasn't being used, but developer Olde Towne Pointe sought to develop it with the retail chain instead.
