Young Women's Caucus offers a fresh perspective

The Young Women's Caucus at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women has served as a working group and platform since 2009 for young women to develop leadership skills. "We aim to increase awareness of the role of young women at the UNCSW, make recommendations on issues relevant to young women, identify common goals to improve the situation for girls and young women worldwide," said Pippa Gardner of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
