Adobe service predicts results of social campaigns

Adobe Social says the past is prologue when it comes to predicting the success of social-marketing campaigns. It is using historical patterns and customer-specific analytics to recommend to marketers what keywords, types of content and timing will make a future social campaign successful. Adobe is starting with Facebook posts and moving on to other social platforms by year's end.
