Architect's renderings for $68M hotel in Minn. show colored precast

Designed by Elness Swenson Graham Architects, renderings for a proposed $68 million luxury hotel in Bloomington, Minn., show various colored precast concrete panels on the building's upper floors. The eight-story building is part of a 50-acre mixed-use development plan close to a light-rail station. "The market there has been very, very strong, and these hotels now going in are at the higher end of the scale," said Ted Leines, a hotel consultant.
