Barnes: Rubio's support is key for immigration reform

The immigration reform bill proposed by the "Gang of Eight" senators seems to be picking up steam with members of both parties, and with public support for reform at about 70%, a key leader has entered the fold, Fred Barnes writes. He notes that with the leadership of Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., the bill would be capable of gaining 70 votes, making him critical to the passing of the legislation.
