Chamber head notes issues with EU transaction tax, regulation

Thomas Donohue, head of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, has expressed doubt about Europe's proposed tax on financial transactions and has voiced concern about regulatory changes. The U.S. "will not allow the [tax] to happen," Donohue said at the City Week 2013 conference in London. He also called for more international coordination on financial regulation.
