Employers slow to embrace mobile recruiting trend

As younger job seekers use their smartphones to check out job postings, companies like Macy's and McDonald's are responding with mobile job applications and offering QR codes in their hiring ads. Still, the trend isn't widespread, as only 33% of Fortune 500 companies have career portals that are smartphone-friendly, finds an iMomentous survey.
