FDA website aims to boost patient involvement in drug regulation

The FDA launched a website to tell consumers how drugs and medical devices go from being concepts to being used in hospitals and homes. The FDA Patient Network website is the third phase of the agency's effort to boost the involvement of patients in drug and medical device regulation and is part of its attempt to improve transparency.
