Ga. governor signs youth concussion bill into law

Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal on Tuesday signed into law a bill that requires any young athlete who had a concussion to get clearance from a trained medical professional before returning to play. The legislation aims to increase the knowledge of parents, athletes and coaches on the risks of concussions.
