Huawei turns focus away from U.S. telecom market

Given the cold shoulder in the U.S., Huawei Technologies is expanding its business in Europe and focusing on emerging markets. "We are not interested" in the U.S. market anymore, Huawei Executive Vice President Eric Xu said. Huawei's Shao Yang predicts that the company will sell 60 million smartphones this year, compared with 32 million last year, with China as its biggest market.
