Insurers reach out to Boston bombing victims

Massachusetts health insurance companies have promised to offer extra help to victims of the Boston Marathon bombing with measures such as eliminating out-of-pocket costs and assembling special support teams and additional case reviews. Hospitals and community groups are also offering support.
