Johnson Controls eyes potential sale, new testing facility

Delphi Automotive is reportedly one of multiple companies interested in purchasing Johnson Controls' automotive electronics business. The company's auto-electronics operation produces dashboard displays and entertainment systems for vehicles. The Wisconsin-based company also announced plans to build a $148 million facility in Pennsylvania that will house a heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment testing center and employ about 450 workers.
