Mango consumption shows blood glucose benefits in study

A small study presented at the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology meeting found daily freeze-dried mango intake resulted in significantly lower blood glucose levels in obese participants at 12 weeks. However, researchers did not observe body-composition changes in men or women and found a BMI increase in female participants.
