Pizzeria Industry Council addresses pizza chains' needs

With new policies posing challenges to pizza franchises, the National Restaurant Association has launched its new Pizzeria Industry Council to educate operators about issues including nutrition labeling and food costs. "The pizza industry is unique in its needs and challenges, and the council aims to improve the segment," said James Balda, senior vice president of innovation and business development for the NRA.
