Rep. Rangel challenges constitutionality of his censure

Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., filed a lawsuit against the House of Representatives, claiming that its action to censure him in 2010 violated his constitutional rights. The lawsuit claims the House violated its own rules during its investigation and that Rangel was denied the right to cross-examine witnesses.
