Study: Low recurrence for extramammary Paget's after Mohs surgery

Patients with extramammary Paget's disease who were treated with Mohs surgery had lower recurrence rates and smaller incisions than those treated with conventional excision techniques, a meta-analysis found. Data from six retrospective studies and two case series were assessed.
