U.K. industry seeks to address future medtech expertise needs

The U.K. health care industry has formed the Science Industry Partnership, an employer-led program aimed at stemming anticipated shortages of medical device and biotech expertise in that country. The initiative, set to be launched in the next 12 months, has yet to be approved by the government.
