Update: USDA finds no red flags at facility where lion mauled worker

A USDA team investigating the fatal mauling of an intern at Project Survival's Cat Haven in March concluded that the facility and the lion's cage in question were in proper working order at the time of the woman's death. Authorities have said an internal gate between the enclosure she was cleaning and the holding area for the lion was left ajar just before the attack.
