U.S. extends nuclear cooperation pact with South Korea

The U.S. and South Korea have struck a deal to extend a bilateral nuclear cooperation pact that bars the Asian country from enriching uranium and reprocessing used nuclear fuel. The two-year extension would allow officials from both countries to discuss potential changes to a new agreement.
