Used-clothing franchise has grown from 3 stores to 90

Clothes Mentor, which sells gently used women's clothing, has grown from three Ohio stores in 2007 to 90 locations that average $1 million per week, CEO Ron Olson said. According to Olson, the biggest challenge for the company was marketing a used product, but found that having the right management tools and being in the right place at the right time were crucial to creating a successful franchise.
