Vimeo, as part of its effort to expand beyond typical video ads, has created the Brand Creative Fund to allow marketers to connect with filmmakers in the company's network, CEO Kerry Trainor said. Lincoln, the first company to take advantage of the new program, worked with four filmmakers to create shorts that tied in to its "Hello Again" theme. "This is not about 30-second spots. ... The brand can be front and center or it can simply be a supporter of creative content," Trainor said.
