Experts: Allergic feline owners can co-exist with cats

Studies have shown that almost 20% of Americans suffer from cat-triggered allergies, but experts say there are ways to help allergic owners live with their cats. A veterinarian suggests regularly bathing cats with a mild shampoo or adding small amounts of acepromazine to a cat's food or water, among other recommendations.
