Graves: Regulations have restricted small business' access to capital

Small-business owners suffer from a lack of capital, restricting their ability to grow, writes U.S. Rep. Sam Graves, R-Mo., chairman of the House Committee on Small Business. "It's time for Washington to stop creating regulatory hurdles that block the path to financing and simply stand to the side and let the American entrepreneur lead the path to recovery," he writes.
