Crowdfunding now an option on AngelList

A service called AngelList -- which CEO Naval Ravikant describes as a "Match.com for entrepreneurs, investors and talent" -- is introducing an equity crowdfunding option. Startups must be incorporated in Delaware and have already raised at least $100,000 to qualify for the new option. AngelList rates investors based on their past performance; those who have been involved in successful deals may be considered "top-tier" investors.
