Google tracks consumers' passage through the conversion funnel

Google has launched a new tool, Customer Journey to Online Purchase, that uses aggregated data from thousands of Google clients to show how consumers in different industries pass through the sales funnel. "Using this data, you can adjust your marketing plan accordingly and change budgets or strategies between channels, if necessary," notes Thom Craver.
