Minn. group to propose initiatives to improve air quality

Diesel engines, lawn mowers and wood-burning stoves are big contributors to air pollution in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. So Environmental Initiative, a collaboration of government, environmental and industry groups in the state, is proposing to gradually reduce the use of diesel and shift to cleaner-burning fuels.
